However, delays caused by clients or external dependencies may not qualify for a refund.

Third-Party Costs

Any costs associated with third-party services or tools purchased for the project (such as hosting, software licenses, or plugins) are not refundable. Clients are responsible for understanding these charges before service commencement.

Modifications and Cancellations

Clients can request project modifications or cancellations, which may affect refund eligibility. All changes should be documented and mutually agreed upon to prevent disputes. Refunds are adjusted accordingly based on work completed.
